Reshaping Employee Experience

Author- Sonam Jain Everything has changed, from water-cooler conversations to brown bag lunches and happy hours, and so has the way employees perceive their workplace. The entire life is housed in 16*20 ft. rooms. Let's look at how the year 2021 has affected the Employee Experience. Prior to the Pandemic, whenever we started a new job, we were given a tour of the office, including our cubicle, desk, or table. We were able to meet our co-workers in a natural setting and form genuine relationships. Everything was so simple, from celebrating birthdays to celebrating life milestones and praising people in a meeting, without audio overlapping and connectivity issues. Since everything shifted to a virtual mode of operation, the employee experience has changed dramatically.
